If you would like to return an item, please call us at 866-382-8769 to obtain a return authorization. Items must be returned within 45 days of ship date from DuctSox factory.

We will accept returns for unopened bags only. We cannot accept opened packages for safety reasons. (If the bag has been opened, you will not receive credit for what has been returned. If you decide you want the item(s) back, you will be responsible for shipping costs.)

You will be responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

This return policy is for internet sold goods only.
